Two Affordable Housing Plots within the Community Housing Project (these are currently (16/06/16) in the process of being transferred and registered with the Land Registry to West Camel Parish Council. (Details to be added once available).
West Camel Parish Council are also obliged to produce and maintain a list of fixed assets which are nominally valued at their original purchase price.
